I have a portfolio too in which I have mentioned what are my services and some testimonials, Medium results. A few Medium articles as samples as well.

When I am cold-emailing a prospect, I write something like this:

(Portfolio link)

or else, you can directly visit my medium account,

(Link to Medium Profile).

But if someone reaches out to me through LinkedIn, I simply share my medium profile link.
