I know how it feels when you write amazing content and no one have seen it. I have been there as well. But instead of looking at others to support me at that time, I encouraged myself and became my first fan.

Now, whenever I get time, I prefer reading articles of new writers mainly. I have seen a lot of newbies producing more valuable content than Medium members. Encouraging them and giving them honest feedback is my thing now.
