It’s hard, But it’s Worth It!

Don’t you think so?

We all are writing our stories differently. I know, there will be people comparing you to someone else, talking bad about you, spoiling your image or character, and what not.

However, you shouldn’t be bothered. It’s gonna hurt, I understand. But you will let their intention of disturbing you, succeed.

It’s again been a while I haven’t talked to my Medium Community. Did I miss you? Yes.

Did I make an effort for you? Actually no.

I was too busy with my schedule, although it wasn’t like others. When I look at others, some people are working harder than me and still make time for their hobbies or interests. But I am tired after working some shifts. :/

I am ready to accept that I’ve kind of become lazy and procrastinating.

I wish to make a change, but something is not kicking in. I was failing to take any action.

If you have any suggestions, feel free to share.

I was slightly upset thinking all this, when I thought I should write and confront you.

What I am feeling right now, it might be the case with some of you too. Some could be in their denial phase.

Let me tell you from my experience. You can only improve when you accept yourself, instead of denying or making excuses.

Once you stop doing that, you will be able to see some opportunities coming your way.

I know my schedule is going to be much more busier than this in the upcoming months. But I want to challenge myself. It might be doing some exercises after waking up or taking a writing challenge. These tasks may help me in getting better and gaining more control over my life.

If you are also planning to work on yourself, you may try taking up a challenge for yourself and work towards it. This will not only help you fill with motivation to move further, but also give you self-confidence.

The journey might be hard, but the end result will be sweet like a black forest cake.

Focus on yourself. Give yourself time to relax and get to your work. You will be able to smile sitting on top of your destination, looking at the pathway (only if you don’t stop)

You can take breaks when you need but do not forget to get back.

Signing off,

Anamika Sharma ❤
