There are two ways basically.
One, you send personalized emails to potential clients and try to convert them into clients.
You can do a simple trick to find those prospective clients on LinkedIn. Go to 'Jobs' section and see who is hiring for the jobs you are interested in. Go to their website and find their emails. You have a higher chance of standing out as your application isn't stuck in those applicants who apply directly through LinkedIn.
Second, you focus on creating content and networking. You show up in the comment section of your potential clients before pitching them. You provide value in your posts and give your full attention on building your profile. Sooner, your clients will come to you and you'll start getting inbound leads.
